Description

This series touches upon 6 major aspects of the journey of pregnancy:
1. 2 sessions on the ‘world of pregnancy’ that talks about nutritional requirements in each trimester of pregnancy and lactation. Ideally taken in the 1st trimester.
2. 2 sessions on ‘all about labor’ where we go on the journey of what labor is, what are the comfort measures to help you through labor, warning signs. Ideally taken after 20 weeks
3. 1 session on the preparation of the birth bag, certain medical terminologies to help make informed decisions
4. 1 session on post-partum, when to exercise, what to prepare for
5. 2 sessions on breastfeeding, physiology, positions, precautions, the roadmap of breastfeeding
6. 2 sessions on newborn care, what to buy, how to massage, how to bathe, common problems seen in a newborn and how to overcome them
